Dr. J.O.Olokor is an accomplished Climate Scientist with over 21 years experience in the area of climate and climate variability as they affect natural and human resources. He is currently the Director of Applied Meteorology and Climate Research at the National Institute for Freshwater Fisheries Research in New Bussa, Niger State, Nigeria.
